Share only what is needed for the first enquiry.

The enquiry form works in your browser and does not submit information to this website or store a copy on the website.

Information used for an initial enquiry

Name, city and country, preferred language, email address, area of counsel, one concise account of the question and preferred consultation mode.

Information not requested initially

Do not send full birth records, identity documents, medical files, financial records, detailed family correspondence, confidential enterprise plans or property papers in the first message.

How the form works

The form prepares the enquiry locally in your browser and opens your email application using a mail link that contains the recipient, subject and entered details. The website does not receive or store the form data. Your browser or email application may retain the draft or link according to its own settings.

Email correspondence

A sent message is processed by your email provider and the recipient’s email provider. Access is limited to people involved in reviewing and answering the enquiry.

Retention and deletion

Messages are retained only for as long as needed to respond, maintain the consultation record and meet applicable legal obligations. Requests for correction or deletion can be sent to the public contact email.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising trackers, behavioural analytics or non-essential cookies.

Security

The form does not store enquiry data on the website. The security of a sent message also depends on the email services used by the sender and recipient.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information sent by email, subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

Children

The service is intended for adults. Information about a minor should be sent only by a parent or lawful guardian and only when necessary.
