How the form works
The form prepares the enquiry locally in your browser and opens your email application using a mail link that contains the recipient, subject and entered details. The website does not receive or store the form data. Your browser or email application may retain the draft or link according to its own settings.

A sent message is processed by your email provider and the recipient’s email provider. Access is limited to people involved in reviewing and answering the enquiry.
Retention and deletion
